We cooperated with Prof. Huang (NCTU), Changhua Christian Hospital and TMU Shuang Ho Hospital. Primary prevention plays pivotal roles in CKD management because it prevents healthy subjects entering CKD and allows early intervention being conveyed. The computation techniques involve data engineering, model optimization, cloud computing, especially the proposed intelligent bi-objective combinatorial genetic algorithm (IBCGA) for feature selection. We propose and implement a computational prediction system with mathematic modeling of using the factors of lifestyle and habits from questionnaires. We also aim to establish a primary prevention system for medical doctors using the features of drug usage and disease diagnosis (ICD-9CM codes) from personal case histories. The final goal is to implement the primary prevention system with cloud computing service by integrating the three prediction systems.
