AbAmyloid: Prediction and analysis of antibody amyloidogenesis from sequences

AbAmyloid is a RandomForest-based prediction server using dipeptide composition (DPC) to predict antibody amyloidogenesis across different germlines.

The datasets used to evaluate AbAmyloid

The dataset (named AA-432) of 432 antibody light chain sequences consists of 246 amyloidogenic and 186 non-amyloidogenic derivatives of 12 germlines. All antibody light chain sequences are extracted from National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI).

The procedures for submitting peptides for prediction
